The Stone Oak center has been open since March 2004. We are conveniently located at 1604 and Stone Oak Parkway in the Stone Oak Plaza shopping center. Our staff consists of Crystal, Jeannette, Sandy, Tara, Diana, Juliet, Bethany, Anita, Lizzie and Jen. Let us introduce ourselves.
Crystal
Center Manager
Crystal has been with Smooth Solutions for almost 2 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service and retail sales skills.
Jeannette
Asst Center Manager
Jeannette has been with the company for 3 years. She has held several positions at the SOK location including receptionist and client coordinator. Her vast experience in retail has made her a great asset to the team.
Sandy
Sales Consultant
Sandy has been with Smooth Solutions for 9 months. She has years of customer service, marketing and sales experience. She leads the efforts in local marketing and sales for our team.
Tara
Senior Laser Technician
Tara has worked for Smooth Solutions for 4 years. Her winning personality keeps the center energized. Her ability to use her clinical knowledge along with her great customer service make her a favorite among clients and staff.
Diana
Regional Laser Technician
Diana has been with company in various roles including Call Center agent and laser tech. She has recently completed training to be a preceptor for all new techs in the region.
Juliet
Receptionist
Juliet has been with Smooth Solutions for 2 years and enjoys working with our clients in our fast paced organization. She has also worked as a Client Coordinator and is currently working as our receptionist.
Katie
Receptionist
Joining Juliet in receptionist duties is Katie. She has experience in medical offices and is currently studying to become a physical therapist.
Bethany
Laser Technician
Bethany has recently moved to San Antonio from Colorado and enjoys working with our upbeat and hard working team. Although she is fairly new to our team, she has already endeared herself to both our clients and staff.
Anita
Laser Technician
Anita brings a wealth of customer service and retail skills as well as cosmetology skills to our team. She especially enjoys giving microderms and having them leave beautiful, relaxed and happy.
Lizzie
Laser Technician
Lizzie is special to SOK as she was a client before joining us as a team member. She is one of our top producers in product sales and very knowledgeable.
Jen
Laser Technician
Jen is one of our most adored technicians by our clients. Her sincere smile and gentle approach make her a favorite.

Crystal owns “Baby” a Jack Russell Terrier.
Jeannette is wild about “Harry”, a grey American short haired cat.
Tara is nuts for “Riley”, her German Shepard/Golden retriever mix.
Diana is the proud owner of “Chalupa”, a long haired Chihuahua.
Bethany is also the owner of a Chihuahua named “Frankie”
Jen has a fabulous cat named “Lynx”
Sandy is mom to her little “Cowboy”, who is a Shitz-su/Yorkie mix.

Anita is not a current pet owner, but does have a beautiful 6 month old grand daughter whom she is very proud of.
