Theresa Solis-Camero-Center Manager
Born in California, but raised in San Antonio, TX, I am a licensed realtor with an additional 20 years of medical experience. With a strong background in customer relations, marketing and sales, I feel that I possess a natural ability to discern the needs of our clients. My previous titles include Activity Director, phlebotomist, Medical Assistant and Program Coordinator.
Currently, I reside in Helotes with my husband Paul, with whom I share the pleasure of raising our two children, Paul Adrian and Paulette. I am an active member/volunteer of the Guadalupe Cultural Center and Helotes PTA. Some of my favorite pastimes include dancing(mostly Latin American styles), studying architectural design, reading history and listening/collecting Latin music.
Lisa Munoz-Assistant Manager
Five years in the medical field left me with the desire to embark on something different. Three years later, I have continued to enjoy my responsibilities as nurse and educator at Smooth Solutions after a friend led me to apply.
I have had the privilege to work in many different areas within the company, yet I still find that I learn something new everyday.
On a personal note, I recently married a wonderful man and have completely embraced the newlywed life. My husband and I use our free time traveling, visiting family and friends, and babying our cats.
Alba Morales – Laser Technician
I am originally from Houston. I moved to San Antonio to attend college. I love playing soccer and pretty much any sport. I'm such a people person that Smooth Solutions has given me the opportunity to meet such a diverse group of people that it's been great coming to work knowing you'll meet interesting people. My interest outside Smooth Solutions is technology and gadgets hey, it's the future.
Lourdes Peña-Laser Technician
Hi, my name is Lourdes Peña. Nearly seventeen years ago, I made the transition from my native Mexico to San Antonio, TX. Suffice it to say, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which has allowed me to make special friendships with our ever-growing and diverse clientele.
At 43 years, I am wife to the most supportive husband and mother to three ambitious children who excel in sports: Alejandro, 17, plays football for Taft High School; his brother Ricardo, 14, plays basketball for Taft High School; my youngest Vanessa, 11, plays basketball for CYO.
I began working for Smooth Solutions wishing to expand my horizons as a certified Medical Assistant. On Mondays, I volunteer at Baptist Hospital, always staying busy between working as a laser technician and mothering at home. Whether I make a point to continue learning and growing in my line of work or simply embrace my role as a wife and mother, I lead a healthy, happy, and fulfilling lifestyle.
Celeste-Receptionist
I’m the first smile you see when walking into Smooth Solutions, and as my upbeat personality suggests, I have a genuine affinity for addressing the needs of our clients.
Long before I became Smooth Solutions’ receptionist, I was a member of my high school’s wrestling team. I feel that my experience as wrestler has conditioned me to tackle any issue a client may have.
As an inherent Spurs fan, I’ve become Time Warner’s most loyal customer, always prepared to catch Ginobili’s impressive timing on the court. While providing any service to our clients, I always maintain the attitude “Go for 3!” because that’s what I feel we try to achieve everyday with our clients.

Tricia Delgado-Laser Technician
Shortly after graduating from Career Point Institute, I began my externship at Smooth Solutions. It wasn’t long before I decided to put in my application for the laser technician position because I enjoyed my externship so much. Working alongside fellow team members and interacting with our clients have contributed to the overall joy I feel toward Smooth Solutions.
While my passion includes making clients feel more confident and smooth, my evenings are spent caring for my three children. My eldest is Sebastian, 7, who enjoys school and extracurricular activities. Cain is my 4-year-old who just started school, and my youngest is Unique, the cutest 2-year-old who favors her mother.
One of my interests includes photography. In high school I was part of the yearbook committee, which is about the time I began experimenting with a camera.
Rachelle Speer-Laser Technician
Hi, I am thrilled at the opportunity to formally introduce myself to all our existing, as well as potential, clients. Beyond my title as a laser technician, I am wife of nearly two years to my best friend Mark and thoroughly enjoy spending as much affordable time with family and friends.
If not busy working behind safety goggles or giving clients one of their most relaxing experiences in our microderm room, I am usually buried in my books or utilizing any free time to walk my toy poodle Lucy at Brackenridge Park. I study English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Texas S.A., and I am looking forward to walking this December 2008.
Everyday at Smooth Solutions, I make it a habit to give my utmost to all our clients because I feel everyone deserves to feel appreciated during his/her visit to our center. As a rule of thumb, I keep a positive and optimistic attitude in every endeavor, so it is my goal to provide you with the best possible experience while under my care.
Racheal Arreguin-Laser Technician
I feel that my outgoing personality reflects the kind of service I provide my clients. Working at Smooth Solutions has given me vast opportunities to connect with people often times creating a sense of trust that seeds long lasting friendships.
When I am not at work, I can usually be found fishing, planning afternoons at Fiesta Texas, or simply barbequing in the backyard. My husband and I are always seeking new ways to entertain our thrill-seeking 2-year-old; not to mention, our frisky black kitten Hershey requires much of our attention as well.
During my own personal spare time, I enjoy reading, cracking puzzles, and drawing, although such opportunities are far and few in between as a wife and mother.
